A Liver to Heart Axis Reset — Wood to Fire
In the Year of the Yang Fire Horse

Spring awakens the body with movement, vision, and the rising energy of Wood.
The Liver and Gallbladder guide this season—encouraging growth, direction, and the courage to move forward.

As the wheel of the year turns, Spring gives way to Summer.
The element of Fire emerges through the Heart and Small Intestine, inviting joy, connection, expression, and deeper assimilation of life.

This masterclass is an invitation to consciously walk that bridge—from Wood to Fire, from vision into vitality.

This is not a cleanse.
It is a seasonal alignment.

Rooted in the philosophy of Taoism and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we explore how living in harmony with the seasons supports the natural intelligence of the body.

When we align with nature’s rhythms, the body softens, symptoms shift, and vitality returns.

In the Year of the Yang Fire Horse, the energy is bold, passionate, and expansive.
But remember—we are the rider.

We hold the reins of this powerful force.
We can guide it.
We can slow it.
We can step off when needed—or bring it gently back to Water when the fire burns too brightly.

This work is rooted in Functional Chinese Medicine—a personalized, root-cause approach to healing that honors each person’s unique constitution.

With over 18 years of clinical practice, Danielle Melanson brings deep experience, curiosity, and compassion to her work as an acupuncturist and herbalist. Her approach is collaborative and whole-person centered—recognizing that healing is never one-size-fits-all.

Danielle will be joined by Kaitlin Iversen of Healthful Living, a movement specialist with over 14 years of experience, bringing embodied movement practices that help integrate these seasonal shifts within the body.

Together we will explore how to move with the energy of the season—rather than against it.

Because prevention is powerful medicine.
